My big passion is to bring things from 0 to 1. I'm an innovator and get things moving. Through my studies of philosophy and theology, I look different to questions. Just where others see problems, I see opportunities and put things in motion. The challenge of the impossible is what I'm going for. I do this with my own startups Givt and Péago and also as trainer/coach in Agile-Scrum with other companies. 

The biggest challenge is to make existing, efficiency-oriented organizations that try to get rid of years of working and thinking in hierarchy and structures more manageable, more agile. Focusing on effectiveness and agility, more self-control and democracy, helps organizations make momentum in their transformation. As a thinker, doer and entrepreneur, I help organizations to take those steps. This I do from my company Bijenco.
