Start with why

To adequately capture deeper values and motives, Golden Circles was started up. What do we do ?, How do we do it? And most of all, why do we do it? 

Determine trends

Together with all team members, the trends for the expected newspapers and news websites of the next decade were collected.

What If

Ideas generation

24 customers and team members gathered together around two GPS tables for an intense and productive brainstorming session. The result: 300 ideas, 18 tracks, and 5 visual concepts.

What would X do?

With a limited team, the company was placed in the shoes of five other companies. What would they do to answer our problem?

Results

Four successful business cases were selected, and seven criteria for success were determined. This set is the impetus for the further continuation of the Value Design Process.
