Context

Approach

The challenge was to ensure that all 2.500 sellers in the over 350 stores can apply these new guidelines within two months. Firstly, the agreement with L & D was made that the sellers in their daily working routine should effectively follow this. All sellers of the various formulas have a customized learning scenario with quizzes, tests and question and answer game in a formula, personal and personal learning environment.
